Several campsites in France offer high-end mobile homes, and some models can sleep six or eight people, sometimes more. Popular holiday accommodation with many families, these residences feature spacious bedrooms, a comfortable living area, a fully equipped kitchen, one or two bathrooms and often a terrace with garden furniture. You may already be familiar with these comforts from a stay at a star-rated campsite. But how about becoming the owner of a high-end mobile home? You could then head off for a weekend or a holiday whenever you like.
Owning your own holiday home gives you a flexible schedule. The owner can decide to head off for a weekend or spend a few days or weeks there whenever they like, in summer, over the year-end holidays, and so on.
While each luxury mobile home for sale has its own features, such as living space, layout or decor, several points are common to the different models, whether new or second-hand. The first is that these homes all stand on green and, above all, spacious plots, often more than 100 or 120 m2, allowing their occupants to enjoy a stay close to nature.
In addition, during their stay at the campsite, owners have access to all the activities, services and facilities on site. This includes, among others, the bar and restaurant, the water park, the relaxation area, the kids club, the various sports facilities …
Mobile homes of 35 or 40 m2 are also an attractive alternative to traditional second homes. Comfort is definitely there, and these “leisure residences” cost much less to maintain.
