Everything about the campsites upscale with naturist

Upmarket naturism does exist: these four resorts rated 4 and 5 stars combine the freedom of clothes-free living with real comfort, with spa, heated pools and premium accommodation. A short, deliberately demanding selection.

Domaine de Bélézy, the 5-star resort of Mont Ventoux

In Bédoin, in the Vaucluse, at the foot of Mont Ventoux, Bélézy is the only 5-star naturist campsite in the selection. Wellness area with spa and hot tub, paddling pool for children, pitches and rentals in the heart of Provence.

Riva Bella, Corsica by the water

In Linguizzetta, on the east coast of Corsica, the Riva Bella naturist resort has direct beach access. It adds a thalassotherapy centre, a restaurant, a fitness area and hiking trails between sea and maquis.

Domaine Laborde, on the edge of the Périgord

In Paulhiac, in the Lot-et-Garonne, Domaine Laborde brings together a heated pool, water slides, spa and hot tub, with upmarket mobile homes and chalets, including one adapted for guests with reduced mobility.

Les Aillos, near Toulouse

In Caraman, in the Haute-Garonne, some thirty kilometres from Toulouse, Les Aillos offers premium mobile homes and chalets in the rolling countryside of the Lauragais.

What upmarket really means

At a luxury naturist campsite you mainly pay for space, peace and services: wellness, on-site dining, recent and well-equipped accommodation. The best rentals go quickly in summer, so book early and remember the naturist licence often required on arrival.

Widening the search

Other 4 and 5-star naturist centres are not yet in this selection: Le Sérignan Plage Nature in the Hérault, Arnaoutchot in the Landes, CHM Montalivet in the Gironde or Bagheera in Corsica. You will find them on our dedicated portal naturiste.camp, which compares every centre in France.

our method

How we select every campsite

1

A verified criterion, not a promise

Every upscale campsite is checked against its official listing and real photos, not a marketing tagline.

2

Reputation, backed by reviews

We cross-check public Google ratings and reviews. An establishment below family standards doesn't make the selection.

3

Direct booking, transparent pricing

You book directly with the campsite, no middleman or hidden markup. The price shown is the price you pay.

frequently asked questions

FAQ - Luxury naturist campsites

Are there 5-star naturist campsites?
Yes, but they are rare. Domaine de Bélézy in the Vaucluse is one of them, as is Bagheera in Corsica. Most upmarket naturist resorts are rated 4 stars.
What is an upmarket naturist campsite?
A 4 or 5-star resort that adds high-end services to naturism: spa or hot tub, heated pool, restaurant, premium mobile homes or chalets, and plenty of space between pitches.
Can you stay with the family?
Yes. These resorts welcome children, with a paddling pool, slides or playgrounds depending on the campsite. Naturism is practised there in a healthy, family-friendly and respectful setting.
Do you need a naturist licence?
Often, yes. Many centres ask for a French Naturist Federation licence or an international card, which can usually be bought at reception on the day you arrive.
When can you enjoy the comfort without the crowds?
In June and September: services stay open, prices drop, and heated pools and spas are quieter than in July and August.
